We always try our best to provide customers with the best products possible. However, we'd be happy to return the product in the following cases:

An incorrect or damaged product has been delivered to you, You can raise a concern with the opening video. 

The product you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.

The product is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece.

Please note that if any product has been customized for colour, pattern and size customization for a particular fit, it will not be eligible for an exchange/return.

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable & non refundable. Only exchange can be done. Please go through the size chart carefully to sell products. 

Note- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above 5000, we require a 30% advance payment.

EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION

Order will not be cancelled once it is into production or dispatched. Please note, we follow an exchange-only policy. 

We offer hassle-free exchanges under the following circumstances:

• 
  If the product received is damaged.
  
• 
  If an incorrect item has been sent to you.
  

In such cases, we will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

For exchanges where you have received the correct product in the right size and wish to exchange it for reasons other than damage or incorrect item, please note the following:

• 
  A courier charge of Rs. 150 will apply for exchanging 1 or 2 items.
  
• 
  A courier charge of Rs. 200 will apply for exchanging more than 2 items.
  
• 
  The exchange process will start once we receive the returned parcel at our store and conduct a thorough inspection.
  

Please note, if upon inspection we find that the returned product has been altered or customized by the customer (e.g., stitched or modified), we will return the product to you without further exchange. 

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

 Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
